I attended a long exposure day with Steve. He was very patient, very knowledgable. Explained camera settings easy enough to understand. Came away with tired feet and finally got to grips with long exposure. Thanks Steve+3Posted on Google![]()

I attended the long exposure workshop led by Steve Franck on July 12th, which was brilliant - I learnt lots and it was great fun. Steve was very knowledgeable, and good at explaining what each of us needed to know, despite our differing prior experience. It was lovely spending some time learning and practicing something I'd been wanting to do for ages, and to meet everyone else in the group too. Definitely recommended, and I look forward to doing a night photography workshop next!+3Posted on Google![]()

A thoroughly enjoyable and very instructive day of long exposure photography in London. I came home with a number of very pleasing images despite the lack of clouds against a blue sky. Thanks to the excellent Steve Franck for his patience and instruction.+0Posted on Google![]()

Steve Franck led us on our long exposure/ND filter tutorial down the Thames from Westminster Bridge to Surrey Quays taking in numerous opportunities to photograph movement using ND filters. Steve gave great insight and tuition and also was hugely helpful with the range of cameras and tripods in the group.Posted on Google![]()

I recently participated in a morning session photographing Boxers at The Repton Boxing Club in East London. It was an exciting morning creating images of this dynamic Sport. I felt confident creating images as 36expo was on hand to provide feedback and support throughout the morning session. I am delighted with the look and feel of my images😍 I highly recommend these workshops featuring different subjects, because I certainly got to learn about using the right Lens, seeing the quality and direction of light and timing my shots for a compelling frame. Each subject is different and Boxers are unique because they don't keep still. This was a fantastic session. I have done three session so far and I feel a little better each time. I will return for the next one. Highly recommended Michael Vincent.+16Posted on Google![]()

We covered about 7 different locations in London at a manageable pace, though it was a long day! Viewpoints I would never have found on my own and great tuition as to what settings to use. Not cheap but I got my money's worth!+6Posted on Google![]()

Steve's beginner course was genuinely one of the best learning experiences I've had. He has a real gift for breaking things down without making you feel overwhelmed. Everything was clear, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. I learned more in one day than I expected Highly recommend to anyone starting out!
