1. Entries for the photography competition must be received by the specified closing date.
2. The competition winner will be decided by staff at 36exp Photography Ltd, and the decision is final.
3. No feedback can be given on reasons for winning or not winning.
4. One entry per person per month is allowed.
5. The competition entrant takes responsibility for their ownership of the image entered, and warrants that the image is their own work.
6. By entering the competition you agree that 36exp Photography Ltd can add your email address to our email marketing list. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time. We will not share any of your details with any third parties
7. By entering the competition you agree that 36exp Photography Ltd can use the image entered on our social media channels and on our website. We will credit you as the photographer.
8. Images should be submitted as a jpeg and be no more than 4MB in size.
9. Only one prize per month will be awarded.
10. The prize is £125 worth of photography courses from 36exp Photography Ltd. These courses take place in London on the dates advertised on our website.
11. The prize cannot be used for one to one training, and it cannot be exchanged for anything else.
12. The prize cannot be transferred to another person.
13. Communication with the winner will be done though the email address given with the entry. If no response is received within one month of notification the prize will be withdrawn.
14. The prize must be used within six months of the date of notification of winning.
15. 36exp Photography Ltd reserves the right to cancel, postpone or amend the competition at any time.
16. The competition is run by 36exp Photography Ltd, and has no relationship with any of the websites of publications in which it is advertised.
